Fightr Terms of Service

1. What Fightr does

Fightr provides purchase-verification and dispute-response tooling for merchants selling through Whop. Buyers record a short consent clip after purchase; Fightr stores that clip as a private file on the merchant's own Whop account and uses it, with other first-party records, to respond to payment disputes on the merchant's behalf.

2. Recording and consent

Every recording is made with the buyer's explicit, informed consent, captured on the recording page before the camera starts. The consent statement discloses that the recording may be provided to a bank, card issuer, or payment processor as evidence if the charge is disputed. Merchants may not use Fightr to record anyone without that disclosure.

3. Honest use

Evidence submitted through Fightr is built only from records that exist. Merchants agree not to ask Fightr to submit fabricated evidence and not to frame the verification step with false claims (for example, telling buyers access is conditional on recording when it is not). Fightr may suspend accounts that violate this.

4. Data

Consent recordings live on the merchant's Whop account, not on Fightr's servers. Fightr stores dispute records, verification metadata, transcripts, and event logs needed to operate the service. Merchants can request deletion of their workspace's data at any time.

5. Billing

Fightr is billed as a monthly subscription through Whop plus a success fee of 15% of the disputed amount for each dispute Fightr wins on your behalf. Lost disputes incur no success fee. By subscribing you authorize Fightr to charge accrued success fees to your payment method on file with Whop. Every fee is itemized in your dashboard against the specific won dispute that produced it. If unbilled fees exceed your account's fee cap, dispute fighting pauses until the balance is settled; your data is retained and keeps flowing.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Dispute outcomes are decided by payment processors, card networks, and issuing banks. Fightr maximizes the quality and speed of responses but does not and cannot guarantee any particular result.
